Self Care is essential to maintaining your mental health. For me, getting my nails done 💅🏾 is like the best thing I can do for me. It makes me happy. I leave feeling confident and all the things. It use to be food for me. I had to change that approach because of my health. Some people feel guilty when they take time out for themselves. However, if you do not take time out to heal yourself…. You can not pour into others properly. Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you are being “stuck up” because you are taking time out for you.
