One of my previous interns from the non-profit I worked at recently shared her experience on a conference panel — and it was such a full-circle moment! 🌟She talked about how job shadowing opportunities and early programming experiences helped shape her confidence, build real-world skills, and ultimately guide her toward a career path she truly loves.
