Iβm thrilled to share a short video observing the active entrance of a wild bee colony here in Paraguay β likely the beautiful Tetragonisca angustula, known locally as YateΓ.
These tiny but mighty pollinators are vital to our ecosystem. They nest in tree cavities or roots, produce delicious medicinal honey, and are completely stingless!
Watch how they work together guarding the entrance and coming/going with pollen and resin. Every bee has a role β some are guards, some are foragers, all are heroes of biodiversity.

Letβs celebrate and protect our little pollinating friends. ππ
