The fear of death can only be overcome when you realize directly that you are not the body. β¨ This involves a shift in the perception of your consciousness beyond your body, where you could observe your body lying on the floor or bed. π
The process of leaving the body can be consciously practiced, but it can also be realized through dreams, when we become aware that we are dreaming (lucid dreams). ππ
Only then do we have the opportunity to understand that our consciousness doesnβt fade when itβs not in the body, and thus, the fear of death truly disappears. π«
Until then, we live with the illusion that we are not afraid, thinking itβs not yet our time. β³
In a few comments, it was mentioned that people fear death because they know they havenβt lived their dreams. π
Why arenβt we living them?
Whatβs stopping us from doing something different today? Paradigm, of courseβ¦ π
The core rule of paradigm is to postpone things until tomorrow.
Paradigm are changed by action in the NOW, π°οΈ and that's why the paradigm delays things until tomorrow.
Unfortunately, many people never see tomorrow. π« According to statistics, about 150,000-200,000 people die every day! ππ―οΈ Imagine how many dreams die with them. π
Iβm aware that many of you have come across the fact that with people, their dreams die too. π₯ If we truly understood what this means, we would do many things today that we've been putting off for years. ππ₯
In the upcoming period, we plan to release a step-by-step guide for out-of-body experiences in the premium community. ποΈβ¨
