Welcome to a supportive space for people with lived experience of mental health challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and for those living with or supporting children with autism and ADHD.
This community exists to offer a safe place to slow down, reconnect, and tend to your inner world through grounding, creative expression, reflection, and connection to self. I’m here to offer support, presence, and ways to express what’s felt but not always easy to say, especially through art.
Here you’ll find art and creative practices that explore colour, mark-making, texture, and process. This is about using art as a way to release, regulate and reflect. There are gentle strategies designed to support emotional regulation, stress, burnout, and overwhelm.
I come to this space as an artist, mum, nurse, counsellor, and art therapist, with lived experience of grief, trauma, and caregiving. I have a deep belief in gentle, creative practices as support for healing and wellbeing
