Food Thought
Nearly 40% of U.S. adults are obese — and millions more overweight.
About 11.6% of Americans have diabetes — that’s over 38 million people — with many more prediabetic.
The food pyramid wasn’t built on solid science — it was built on politics, industry influence, and weak correlations.
We were told to fear fat, eat refined carbs, and replace real food with industrial substitutes… and chronic disease exploded.
Traditional cultures thrived on whole foods, natural fats, and nutrient density.
Health didn’t disappear because of portions — it disappeared because of food quality.
Remember:
There are essential fats and essential amino acids — but no such thing as “essential carbohydrates.”
To restore health, eliminate:
• Refined sugar
• White rice
• Non-organic produce
• Industrial seed oils
👉 Real food beats guidelines.
👉 Human biology > government charts.
👉 Chronic disease isn’t a mystery — it’s a consequence.
Eat whole. Question dogma. Respect the body.
