Welcome to Hot Property Alerts. I created this community to dispel the myths surrounding overseas property investing across more than 20 countries around the world. Inside this community, you’ll find content that is educational, sometimes humorous, and always real. I’ll be sharing stories from the last 21 years of my life — the lessons, the wins, the mentors who helped shape my journey, and the people who continue to inspire me today. But I’ll also discuss my failures. It’s important to understand that success in property investing doesn’t come without setbacks, mistakes, and difficult lessons along the way. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some incredible mentors and business leaders. One of them is Andy Grimley, who has more than 27 years of experience running some of the largest overseas property companies in the industry. Another is Duncan Bannatyne — entrepreneur, philanthropist, and business owner — who I’ve worked with for over 15 years. Together, we built an award-winning development in Portugal that won Developer of the Year. Duncan also took me to Africa to support Operation Smile, where we helped 127 babies receive life-changing surgery. And of course, Tony Robbins, who has been part of my journey for the last 17 years — from my first Platinum Partnership event in New York right through to today. He continues to inspire me enormously. In this community, we’ll have open discussions about property markets around the world.
