I’m Nicole Lyles, RN, BSN, Published Author, OTCD Consultant; and I’m honored you’re here. I created this community because navigating Ornithine Transcarbamylase Deficiency can be overwhelming and isolating. After 25+ years caring for my daughter through crisis episodes, medical complications, and a liver transplant, I learned that families deserve education, guidance, and support that truly understands OTCD.
