Oscar, Stella & Megan have changed my LIFE . My body/mind health has changed drastically with Oscars routines, both internally and externally. I’ve never been engaged with such a supportive, connected, compassionate international community of like minded individuals. All of us strive for the same goal: better health, that each of us has control of our bodies . I’m no longer relying on other providers to give me release, relief or comfort. Incredible experience!

Oscar is providing a great variety of valuable information on the topic; I haven't found any other community/membership with this amount of information and 1on1 help through calls and messages. On top of that you only pay the amount of a gym membership; no ridiculous business made out of health, just Oscars genuine interest in making people turn into their absolute best selfs, away from all the fluff we get selled online just to feel a little better. Great changes, supportive community!

I have noticed amazing change in the way I carry myself in few weeks and back and hip pain is gone even in long car rides. Love the community engagement and the leadership truly cares about the well being of each member.
