Yesterday was absolutely insane. I was involved with two communities that won the Skool Games this week. We collectively in one community shattered the record with 106,676 activities in just 24 hours, which should be on Skool News beginning of January.
Personally I chipped in 2,309 activities yesterday, while some absolute legends did over 10k. It was a massive experiment in unity vs. solo effort.
The "Mixed Feelings" Reality Check:
- The Good: Seeing a community sync up like a hive mind was incredible. Total unity.
- The Bad: If a newbie joined during that 24-hour sprint, they’d be incredibly confused. It wasn't "business as usual."
- The Different Approach: The other winning community I was involved with focused purely on MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) growth rather than activity volume.
I'll be sharing the takeaways from this "sprint" next Saturday, Dec 27th at our first Orlando IRL and we'll be planning out Orlando/Central Florida events for 2026.
It’ll be fascinating to see if this "Hyper-Activity" becomes the new norm for the Skool Games or just a one-time anomaly.
