Write it down!
It's your BFF here. If the founder IS the business it can't grow faster than one person can run. Everything runs through them. Nothing is delegated.
The fix isn't working harder — it's building the machine. That's what we do here.
If you want to be able to take time away from your business, hire effectively, and most importantly be able to grow your business you must write everything down! Start small. A bulleted list. As your business matures so must your documentation.
Be smart....start early....organize your workflows.
