Co-Create: Break the Bottleneck
Hey Visionaries - After a few conversations, I think it might be helpful to create a quiz to help members identify where they're experiencing bottlenecks, stagnation, or friction in their business. I'd like your input on the topics below. This is me brainstorming list in no particular order. I'd like your ideas as well if anything comes to mind. For now, I'm calling the project "Break the Bottleneck". This would be the starting point for an all out holistic review of one's business. (And before you ask, that illustrious word "operations" is pretty much an umbrella for all of these, so I didn't add it as a separate topic.)
