3️⃣ What Transformation Will Your Community Create?
Now that you know the problem you solve and who you help, it’s time to define the change your community creates.
In other words…
What is different in someone’s life after they join your community?
We’re going to break this into two simple pieces.
✅ 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐀: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞
Describe what things look like before someone joins your community and what life looks like after they’ve been inside for a while.
Avoid vague answers like “they feel better” or “they learn a lot.”
Think about real, measurable change:
• What are they struggling with right now?
• What becomes easier once they’re inside your community?
• What results do they start experiencing?
✅ 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐁: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞
Next, explain what you provide inside the community that helps them make that change.
This could include things like:
• Step-by-step lessons or courses
• Weekly coaching or Q&A calls
• Templates or scripts
• Accountability groups
• Resources and tools
• A structured roadmap
These are the vehicles that move your members from their current situation to the outcome they want.
𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬:
𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞:
They’re trying to grow their business alone, constantly searching YouTube for answers and feeling overwhelmed by too many strategies.
𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫:
They have a clear business plan, a supportive community, and a step-by-step system they follow to generate leads and sales consistently.
𝐇𝐨𝐰:
Inside the community they get training modules, weekly coaching calls, templates, and a place to ask questions and stay accountable.
If your community isn’t fully built yet, that’s completely okay.
Right now we’re simply getting clear on what transformation your community is designed to deliver.
