🤝 Styling in Partnerwork – Learn when and what styling to add without losing your connection.
💫 Following Technique – Master cambrés, waves, head rolls, and other partner-led movements with confidence and control.
🎬 Choreography – Learn routines that reinforce movements you'll use on the social dance floor.
New lessons are added monthly, and you can request tutorials in the community.
Coming soon: Fitness for Dancers – Strength, mobility, and injury prevention exercises designed specifically for dancers by a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.
