Here are my 5 goals for 2025 related to the 5 areas of my Life.
- Body: Grow my body in size and strength to 102Kg (currently 94Kg) and be able to bench press 160Kg (currently 145Kg), Squat 200Kg (currently 180Kg), and Deadlift 220Kg (currently 190Kg).
- Mind: Read 10 self-improvement books and spend 20 minutes a day studying Japanese kanji on the Wanikani app.
- Spirit: Meditate for 20 minutes and journal daily for a clearer focus on my day-to-day activities.
- Relationships: Spend quality time with my girlfriend, family, and friends, being fully present and engaged in the moment.
- Money: Save up to 1500,000 JPY (approx 10,000 USD) through my retail job, personal training, and English work.
