My biggest takeaway is what is possible getting funding and taking baby steps to get to where you want to be. Love the concept of using funding to get out of your regular job.

My biggest concern/challenge is getting my head wrapped around the hiring process getting the correct folks in their job slots, like you did. Cold callers, Aquisition specialist, closers, etc. I have trust issues because I have been burned many times in the past. And confidence in myself.
