Purpose: To create intentional space for us to focus on our health, well-being, and personal growth. This call is about supporting each other while continuing to raise our standards in a healthy, sustainable way.
This is voluntary.
It is also structured and intentional.
I will lead and drive the call each month.
Topics We’ll Focus On
  1. Physical health(Working out, nutrition, taking care of our bodies)
  2. Mental health(Sleep, stress management, boundaries, recovery)
  3. Personal goals and desires(Anything you’re chasing or working toward)
  4. Major life events(Positive or challenging)
  5. Challenges outside of routine work(Anything you’d like perspective or support on)
Expectations: If you attend, be present. Be open to participating or just let us know otherwise. Share when you feel comfortable. Respect others and keep conversations confidential. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be perfect. This is about progress, support, and alignment.
