This is one of my go-to drills for developing consistency and power! 💥 Here’s what it reinforces:
1️⃣ Maintain Bat Path: Keep the barrel back through the middle.
2️⃣ Maintain Posture: Forces you to keep head down & chest down over home.
3️⃣ Hit Against Legs & Ground: Promotes ground connection but getting you to hit again your legs and the ground.

❌ Spinning the lower 1/2
This drill locks in good bat path and direction. 💪
