I’ve had a small group of raw freshman coming once a week. All have different things to work on but making progress and would love some input.
Goal one with all them was balance. We’ve spent a few weeks with med balls, farm boards, and banded swings getting in the ground.
Dylan- Lots of power but gets out on front side
Brodie - very long kid with a long swing.
Mason - Swings HARD! Natural recoil swing and very flat in the zone.
Julius - Seems to drift forward without much load.
Just looking to help these guys. Any input would be great!
