Phase 1: 7 pucks 7th puck is your mulligan shot
Phase 2: 7 pucks 7th puck has to hit crossbar
Phase 3: 14 pucks, go through 2 times 2 mulligans
Phase 4: 14 pucks no mulligans
Phase 5(final): 9 pucks 7th=crossbar, 8th=left post 9th= right post. No mulligans
