Name three real, specific things that are good right now. Not vague gratitude. Your kid’s name. The fact that you came home. The meal waiting inside.
The job trained your brain to scan for threat. When you anchor in what’s good, your brain has to come off the scan to see it.
Do it long enough and that becomes the default. Save this. One more coming.
