Use the next 10 minutes to breathe deeply, in and out.

At 5:10 AM, alarm rings again.
Now your body is refreshed with new air—stretch those limbs.

🧘 Step 4: Ground & Meditate
Another 10 minutes passes.
Slide onto the floor.
Congratulations—you’re back in your body.
Begin your meditation: become aware of your presence.
