What’s one small thing you can do in the next 10 minutes?
Something I’ve been noticing a lot lately:
So many people are carrying the feeling that everything depends on me!
And when that happens, the system tends to go into a loop:
overthinking → rushing → overdoing → crashing → avoiding → feeling behind
It’s not a mindset issue. It’s overload.😵‍💫
🔶️If this feels familiar today, try this small reset:
Pause.
Slow it down slightly.
And do just one small, real thing at a time.
Nothing more than that.
Space is what breaks the loop.
