Wins of the week🏆
My wins this week have been nourishing my body as an act of self care even when hunger cues have been low through stress. And celebrating my one year work anniversary with Minnie the cat and a bottle of lovely champagne as a gift.🥰🎉✨ What are your wins for the week?

The Night time eating thing🍫
You do really well through the day. And then evening hits and something just... unravels. You end up in the kitchen almost without deciding to be there. And then comes the guilt, the "here we go again", the lying in bed feeling awful about yourself.] I just want to say — this isn't a you problem. It's not weakness or lack of willpower. Night time eating almost always comes from some form of restriction earlier in the day, physical or emotional. Your body is just trying to get it's needs met. You're not broken. I promise. 🤍 Has this been you? Even just a "yes" in the comments — it helps more people than you know feel less alone.

Just wanted to show up honestly
Things have felt a bit hard lately. Low mood, no motivation, struggling to focus — just one of those patches where everything takes a bit more effort than it should. And I've noticed it in my eating too. Right now my hunger cues has been really quiet — food just hasn't been on my radar as much as usual. But I've had times in the past where the opposite has happened, where stress has increased my desire to eat, often beyond comfortable Fullness and I've found myself reaching for food constantly. Both are so normal. And both are just the body doing what bodies do — responding to what we're going through. When I notice my appetite dropping like it has been lately, I treat it compassionately, as information. My body is telling me something about how I'm doing. And responding to that by eating regularly as an act of self-care to fuel my body — feels like the kindest thing I can do for myself right now, alongside processing the emotions that are present. If you're in a hard patch too — I see you. 🤍 Does your hunger cues shift when life gets hard? I'd love to know — does it go up, down, or somewhere in between?

Maximum gratitude🙏🙏🙏
I’m really living an energy of abundance this year in all sorts of different ways. I am noticing that the more aligned I am becoming with my own values, integrity, courage, and boundaries, the more things are flowing my way. Little things like this that are so unexpected just confirm it all the more🙏🥰 I did someone a favour this week without asking or expecting anything in return and this is what I was greeted with today, how very spectacular!✨ What do you notice happens in your life when you are in flow or out of flow? (I have experienced both many times throughout my life so far💗)

My Self care habits this week🤍
I am currently doing more to support my nervous system, mainly by slowing down more during the day and this has started with less screen time, which has created more space for things like reading and I recently discovered the insight timer app which has helped me develop a litttle meditation and journaling routine.✨ These small shifts are really helping me feel more connected and clear within my daily actions. I also find it reallty helpful to have some structure in place, I find it much easier to take action steps when there is something to follow that feels achievable. When my head was full of food rules and noise a few years ago it was so hard to listen to my body at all, and so if you are at the start of this intuitive eating process self care might look like prioritising more time to sit down and eat, getting enough sleep, and setting more boundaries in your life. What self care act would help you be more able to listen to your body this week?
