Why I Created The Results Room

Today I wanted to share with you why I created The Results Room, because honestly, I built it for myself first.

When I have tools scattered across different places, I think in a scattered way. I don't link my life goals with my finance goals. I don't link my finance goals with what I'm selling. And I definitely don't link what I'm selling with my marketing.

Which sounds ridiculous writing it down, but it's true. I get caught up in doing what I think I should do based on a random Instagram reel or YouTube video, instead of what actually makes sense for my own business.

Back when I worked in retail buying, our working document was an Excel sheet that we also used when reviewing data. We could look at our sales against all the parameters we used to make buying decisions. Having it all in one place made life so much easier.

I may not remember how to do pivot tables in Excel anymore, but I do remember that feeling of clarity and having all the info in one place. And I wanted that clarity back.

So I built The Results Room. It’s an integrated Notion system that connects goals, finances, offers, and marketing in one place. No switching between apps. No forgetting what you were trying to achieve.

And because I know myself well enough to know I won't actually review my numbers unless I've committed to showing up somewhere, I added monthly planning and measurement calls.
