Do not overlook the simple 2 step rhythm. How to do it when you're out and about socially? Litreally take a small step anywhere on the floor on the downbeat (the first and strongest beat of the bar..the "1"), then step the other foot next to the first foot and repeaat...simple but effective
Keep your arms bent at the elbows, with hardly any energy for the frame...or just have crazy arms up to you haha
