Not Dead, Yet. is a community for guys in their late 30s and 40s who have it mostly together. The career, the kids, the workouts. Life is full and mostly good.
And yet something quietly went missing. You used to be curious about stuff. You used to have things that lit you up. Now you're just... staying afloat.
This isn't therapy. Not a men's group. Not another system for becoming your best self.
It's just a room where a bunch of guys are trying to stay interesting to themselves. Picking up old hobbies, trying new ones, being honest about what it actually feels like to be in the middle of it all. Outdoor stuff, creative stuff, slow stuff, weird stuff. No performance attached.
No hustle. No life upgrades. No pretending any of this is figured out.
