Another question I have which again is confusing me, and as yet I have not read of anyone having success with ct who own their home.. charges and bankruptcy is happening..
Has anyone got round this yet..
Is it correct our property is deemed commercial, if so how do we make it private, as from my understanding, its the land reg that allows charges etc..
