Hi, I have been requesting information from Lloyds bank since October 2026. They keep saying they are dealing with my complaint. I was not really complaining, I was requesting information about proof of where a signed up to the charges etc. I also notified them that everything has to be done in writing with a signed wet ink signature. I warned them of any unauthorised calls, texts and email will be invoiced for. They have contacted me more than 40 times unauthorised. I am not sure what my next steps are. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks!
