Rough day
It’s been a rough day today. The book I sent out got returned because of a change in address. I emailed and DM’d to try and get a current address I can send it to. So we’ll see if that pans out.
Then I took my kids to see the Mario movie and the projector broke. We waited almost an hour and no movie. It was my 4 year old’s first movie theater experience and he was so excited to watch it.
That pissed me off. To see him so excited and no communication about the projector until I asked. Then he was sad not to see it. Then the 2 girls were fighting in the car and it made the 10 minute drive home feel like an eternity.
I was so happy for today too. Ya, I was bummed about my package not being delivered but that’s just a delay but to add to it was just piling it on.
So came home, cooked burgers and drinking a mango margarita. I’m still pissed but I’m cooling off and gonna have to just let go.
My energy is more valuable than to be pissed at, honestly, minor hindrances. So that’s my day and my rant to fix it. I’m done and feeling better now.
