Lack of accountability
AJ had two helpings of breakfast and said,
“It’s my fault, you told me it was okay as long as I’m aware.”
Let’s be clear:
Awareness is not accountability.
Permission is not discipline.
Understanding the standard is not living it.
Accountability means:
“I own my choices, even when no one is watching.”
Growth happens when a man stops outsourcing responsibility and starts carrying it.
No excuses.
No blame.
Just ownership.
That’s how leaders are built.
Brick by brick. Root by root.
