Trying to Move from Graduate Visa to Skilled Worker? Start Here.
If you’re on the Graduate Visa and feeling lost about how to land a sponsored job, you’re not alone — but you’re also not stuck.
Here are 3 real tips to help you move forward 👇
✅ 1. Not every job ad mentions sponsorship — but that doesn’t mean they won’t offer it.
Many companies are open to sponsorship if you’re the right fit. Use my document (linked below) with the Top 100 Skilled Worker Sponsors, or check the official UKVI register for a full list of licensed companies.

✅ 2. Focus your CV on industries that actively sponsor.
Skilled Worker visas are more common in tech, finance, healthcare, engineering, and education. Tailor your skills and keywords to these areas whenever possible.
✅ 3. Don’t only rely on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn is powerful — but so are Indeed, Glassdoor, and TotalJobs. Use them all.
Pro tip: Search using terms like “visa sponsorship” or “Skilled Worker”, and filter by recent listings.
💬 I’ll be posting more tools, CV tips, and employer lists to help you land a Skilled Worker job — without the guesswork.
