Hi guys
My name is Alex Chapman. I’m an investor and landlord, currently in the process of buying my fifth property which is a 6 bed HMO.. and looking to buy my sixth as a service accommodation. Main job is running a portfolio building company called Chapman Estates Investments ltd. In which I source property deals in the Northeast where I am based.
