I’m a social entrepreneur, investor, and advisor on a mission to bridge the worlds of for-profit success and nonprofit impact. As the principal of Beacon 4Sight Group, I help veterans and successful entrepreneurs build legacy by creating ecosystems that are as socially impactful as they are financially sound.
I challenge the traditional notion that nonprofits can’t be profitable or sustainable. Through strategic advising, operational support, and compliance expertise, I empower organizations to harness the true power of nonprofits, expanding their reach, increasing their impact, and creating a lasting legacy.
With a 26-year U.S. Army career, I learned that purpose and legacy go hand-in-hand. My journey—from serving across the globe to guiding mission-driven organizations—has taught me that a meaningful mission drives lasting change.
