A CO reached out to me for a solicitation that I quoted back in October. They want me to change my delivery days from 120 days to 20 days and they want a response by Monday. I bid 120 days to give me enough wiggle room for any discrepancies. What would you do in this situation? How would you respond? I believe I can have the product shipped out and delivered within 20 days but I don't want to play with fire.
My supplier shows that it will be delivered to me on Monday so I can inspect, prep, and ship out to DLA on Tuesday or Wednesday.
