Option A: The Marketing Partner Model
- Focus on marketing for skilled service providers
- Partner with established professionals who already have expertise
- Handle client acquisition and promotion
- Take a percentage commission of each project
- No need to learn the technical skill yourself
Option B: The Skill + Marketing Model
- Learn a practical skill (even if at a basic level)
- Do your own marketing to find clients
- Implement the service yourself for clients
- Keep 100% of the project revenue
- Gradually improve your skill with each project
