Managing your time

As I settle into working online and part time in class work, I am realising that when I am in class I am über organised, prepared and well planned. Yet, when I am online, whether it's working, searching and creating, I am less so, I feel completely disorganised. I have plenty of APP's and software that are designed for scheduling, planning etc but struggle to use them effectively, I suppose I have a hurdle to overcome?
