Spotify is turning into a Social Media App

Has anyone seen the new tools Spotify has? Right now it's exclusive to MAJOR artists, just like Spotify Canvas was at one point. It's called Spotify Stories. It essentially works like IG Stories. I made a post about on my IG. I predicted this years back when I saw platforms borrowing from one another, and I thought "Spotify has a FB community... this is starting to look like a social media app". Now with TikTok as the premiere place for music discovery, I believe Spotify is making changes as it wants to be the King of the Audio Jungle (See the Forbes article).
