Hey, guys! What are your thoughts on AI music videos / visualizers?

I made these because I wanted to try it out and see what the process would be like — and I actually liked the results a lot. I’m a long-time designer and visual artist, and I basically combined my Photoshop and video-editing skills with generative AI tools. I ended up finding a really fun way to do what I love the most: creating worlds.

I made both videos in a vertical format, thinking in a social-media-first approach, given the current state of music consumption. People are generally engaging less with full music videos on YouTube and more with short-form vertical content on social platforms.(That said, I don’t think traditional music videos are dead at all — they’re actually my favorite part of music, lol. And this same workflow can easily be used to create horizontal videos as well.)

Also, traditional music videos are expensive, especially for indie, smaller, or beginner artists.

I truly believe this is part of the future. I’m still improving, but knowing you can create Hollywood-level visuals without spending millions is honestly crazy — and incredibly exciting to me.
