My 1st ever Skool post
A bit about me:
- Self-taught software developer with 8-9 y.o.e.
- Started recruiting agency helping start-ups hire great SWEs
- In my free time, love reading books Harry Potter nerd.
Why started this Skool community?
- I review 100s of resumes/week as a recruiter, and there's too many great SWEs who have terrible resumes.
- Many SWEs ask me to review their resumes, and I love helping SWEs and people in general when I can. (Especially because I've been helped a lot in my journey)
- But it's been too exhausting helping 1 SWE at a time. So I created this group so I can help more people without constraining my time too much.
