I know a lot of you guys were asking me for a meal plan for fat loss. I have been working on this and tracking what I eat for years now so if you take a look at the classroom you'll find a 7 day fat loss meal plan. And because I have Hashimoto's I gave up dairy and gluten years ago so this meal plan does reflect that, however if you are not gluten and dairy-free then there are some modifications in there for you as well. This also tells you exactly how many calories and macros each meal will be! It makes it VERY easy for you so you can be in a calorie deficit!
Please give me some feedback on it and I will probably add in some other healthy recipes too along the way!
