A Safe, Honest, No-Hype Space for Parents & Athletes Navigating College Recruiting
Welcome again! To make this community valuable for EVERY family, here are a few simple expectations. Please read them — they’re what keep this space clear, supportive, and genuinely helpful.
🔵 1. Be Respectful — We’re All in This Together
Parents, athletes, and coaches come here with different levels of knowledge and experience.Encourage each other.Ask questions.Share insights.
Respect is non-negotiable.
🔵 2. No Recruiting Hype, Fake Promises, or Fearmongering
This community exists because the outside world is full of:
❌ misinformation❌ hype❌ “guaranteed scholarship” nonsense❌ drama❌ emotional manipulation
In here, we stay grounded, factual, and honest.
If you’re unsure about something, ask — don’t assume.
🔵 3. No Self-Promotion or Selling
This is a no-pitch zone (unless something is offered directly by Coach Marc).
That means:
❌ No links to private training businesses❌ No recruiting services pitches❌ No affiliate links❌ No “DM me for help” offers
We’re here to support each other — not sell to each other.
🔵 4. Confidentiality Matters
Stories shared inside this group stay inside this group.
Parents and athletes need a safe place to discuss recruiting stress, financial challenges, NIL questions, and performance pressure.
Please honor that.
🔵 5. Participate — Don’t Lurk
SKOOL communities thrive when people engage.
You don’t need to write essays, but please:
- Comment
- Ask questions
- Share updates
- Respond to others
- Join discussions
Even one sentence helps the whole group.

You may share your frustrations — that’s normal —but keep it constructive and respectful.
We focus on solutions, not blame.
🔵 8. Ask Questions Early and Often
The only “bad” question is the one you sit on.
If something is confusing you…If your athlete feels behind…If NIL rules don’t make sense…If you’re unsure how a coach’s text should be interpreted…
Ask.That’s what this community is for.
🔵 9. Celebrate Wins — Big or Small
Got a camp invite?Hit a PR?Had a great conversation with a college coach?Made the varsity roster?Got an A on an exam you were worried about?
Post it.
Momentum matters.Celebrating your wins teaches others what’s possible.
