Here is the recorded session from yesterday's strength and conditioning webinar 🔥 Nick really made us work up a sweat in these 15 to 20 minutes. Such a good session to be a part of!
A lot of work goes into these sessions, it would be great to see more members joining us live! The sessions work out so much better when more members are involved. It's a huge help knowing you aren't doing the workout alone. 😁

Strength sesh:
Superset 1:
- Lunge and twist x 6 each side
- calf raise x 12 each side
Superset 2:
- jump squat x 10
- Hamstring raises x 6 each side
Superset 3:
- side dips x 10
- Superman hold, leg flutters x 10
