Hi! 👋🏼

Hi Everybody! I’m Laurie from Memphis, Tennessee. I’ve been practicing yoga and in love with it for 10.5 years, and I’ve been teaching for 5 years. I have a 200 hour certification as well as trauma-informed and accessible yoga certifications and I am currently working on a 300 hour yoga therapy certification. When I’m not yoga-ing, I work in a hospital system and spend as much of my time as possible with my family, including three precious grandchildren. I also love spending lots of time outdoors, walking, trying to stay healthy, reading, photography, doing volunteer work, and music. I love that there are so many readers here!!! Looking forward to being in community with all of you!! 😊
