I will get this started with my goal for the week.
I recently stopped my workout regimen a couple of weeks ago. I keep telling myself that I have to get back on track. But once again procrastination has taken over and I haven't yet started. My goal is to make sure that I get all 6 days in this week and get back into the swing of things. I'll let you know how it goes in sha Allah.
