Transformative Chaos /Lostness

Hey Community ❤️✨🙏

I posted recently a Cyclebreaker Frequencies note .

No I’m experiencing feelings of Overload… Lostness and it all feels just surreal.

I kind of left all my friendships I had behind … because I just don’t felt the connections anymore … deleted all contacts in my phone to just let go ….feels surreal…

The other big thing is that My dad left me when I was a baby (12 months old ) I only met him once in my life very briefly . Never contact or anything else .

This week I wrote him a letter that I would like to connect and just listen to him and his story … to break the silence and be there with love and forgiveness . And I wrote in this letter as well that despite of the fact that he just left us… and everything else ….that I love him very much and that I’m proud to be his son. Even if he doesn’t answer … which is up to him… he knows at least that his son loves him…

Yeah… don’t know … it’s just a lot.

The other thing is that I’m going to reduce my medication of antidepressants very slowly( with professional guidance of a psychiatrist) … and I would like to just ask if you have any experience / advice / inspirations or something else that could help me with this process ahead of me ….yeah …. That’s basically it❤️🙏✨
