Piss Off - relax
Today Doug mentioned having to be relaxed to pee.
Observations and questions -
- Women do not pee in the shower, it will later cause incontinence, because you aren't focusing on voiding, & you're training yourself to pee everyone you are "relaxed standing up".
- Put the phone down when you void. No consuming while releasing. Then we confuse shit with nutrients. Nutrients = "New Try Its" every time you experience & consume new things it's nutritional. We must let go of the old to get new (yay we can do this everyone we poo).
