Every leader I've worked with who was stuck — truly stuck — wasn't stuck because of their market, their team, or their strategy.
They were stuck because of a story they'd been telling themselves so long they stopped noticing it.
Maybe it sounds like "I have to be involved in everything or it falls apart." Maybe it's "I'm not the kind of person who charges that much." Maybe it's quieter than that — just a low-grade belief that things can't actually change. That's the ceiling. And it's always internal before it's external.
Question: What's one story you've been telling yourself that you're finally ready to call out?
