NEW: Accountability Calls — Restructured 🧱🛠️

After spending some time in the lab with the team, reviewing the call structures, we've decided to update the Accountability Calls run by Justice, to make them even more potent, effective and precise.

What's changed?

The calls will 45 minutes (max) instead of 90 minutes.
Intro will be quick and activating.
Transition into rapid-fire popcorn share of wins.
Everyone then fills out a Form together on the call (taking 5-10 minutes max)
This form will help you reflect on your progress and what needs focus
It also gives us super clear data on exactly where you are at in your journey to offer better and more precise guidance

These calls will still happen at the same time, on Tuesdays, at two separate times. Pick one call per week and join it consistently.

I also recommend finding an accountability partner, who you can commit to joining the call together with, and keeping each other accountable as well. If you don't have an accountability partner, comment below to find yours. Run this initiative on your own accord.

And thank you to those who have provided us feedback on how we can improve the calls. This is super helpful for us. Our goal is to build the greatest content school in the world, so all feedback is deeply valued.
