Hey NEU fam 🫶

I'm 38 years young and even though I'm stepping into my purpose and what I was born to do .. the shadows still show up, so I thought I'd share:

The moment you're about to do the thing, launch the course, post the post, step on the stage, publish the book ... or in my case right now... launch the app = WHAM! A big fat dose of fear crops up, complete with the accompanying shadows:

'What if it could be better?'

'What if people think it's too woo woo?'

'What if it's too expensive?'

'What if no one signs up?'

The thoughts circle, and old me might have spiralled. But present me? I'll hug that fear, hold her close, send her so much love and gratitude for trying to keep me safe and shine the light for both of us, whilst embracing her darkness, as we step into the unknown with jittery excitement and trepidation.

Am I ready? Nope. Am I doing it anyway? YUP.
